If you are new to the guild you will probably be wondering what the halliwell manor and it's rooms are... The halliwell manor has 3 rooms: Piper's room, Phoebe's room and Paige's room.

You can join one of the manor's rooms, by neomailing thehalliwellmanor. Tell them which room you would like to join and then wait for your username to be added at the bottom of the room's member list. Please be patient! This usually takes a few days but could take a couple of weeks during an exceptionally busy period.

Once you have joined it would be helpfull if you placed a room blinkie on your user lookup so that we can see which room you are in more quickly when we receive correspondance from you.

• How does the Halliwell Manor operate?
  The Halliwell Manor runs a competition each season of the year. The goal of each room, is to win this competition. There are lots of different OPTIONAL ways for you to take part: from mini competitions such as mystery pictures and quizes; to donating; to taking part in other activities within the guild. Read through this site and you should find all the information you need.

• How many seasons are there and when is each one?
  There are four seasons: Summer (June, July & August), Autumn (September, October, November), Winter (December, January & February), Spring (March, April, May)
  Note: in the past some seasons have been extended/combined due to busy-ness. But we will do our best to stick to the above schedual.

• How do you decide which room wins the competition?
  The room with the most room points at the end of the Season will win the competion.

  Please note: Member Points are just a numbering system used to "add up" and record your contribution and activity within your room.

• What are Room Points?
  Room points are a numbering system used to add up a room's contributions to TheHalliwellManor. There are many different ways you can earn points for your room.
  Note:For alot of the "mini competitions" the room points are now calculated from the accumulated total of their members' member points, using a calculation based on the number of room members, which resembles a percentage. This is to try to compensate for the fact that some rooms have more members than others, whilst still allowing you to join the room of your choice.

• So what does the winning room recieve?
  - The members will get to feel good that they are the best room of that Season.
  - There will be a room of the season link on the guild front page.
  - The room will be given a halliwell manor trophy to put up somewhere on their room account and or website. (They can collect these each season they win.)
  - And there will hopefully be a guild layout dedicated to the winning room's Charmed character for PART of the following season. (probably for aproximatly one of any of the 3 months of that season)
